“It's impossible to leave a review when I have never received it. I had sent three emails and keep getting told that it's coming. I asked for a refund and was told it couldn't be refunded since it was already shipped. It was shipped on 13 days ago and the shipping still indicates waiting for pick up. The location it's awaiting for pick up is literally 3 hours from my house.”
