“I received my order yesterday, and the wood does not look anything like the images on the website. there are some figures visible, but that's not the same thing. I purchased a beautiful 1" think x 5" x 24" figured maple for less than what I paid for this 1/4" x 5" x 24" so called birds eye maple.”

“I ordered 4 pieces of the Maple, Birds Eye 1/8" x 5" x 24". 1 was excellent with top to bottom coverage, 2 were less than average with about 40% coverage although sadly the birdseye were mainly down the sides with little or no markings down the center and the last one was terrible with barely any markings on it at all, maybe a dozen or so ( not joking ) and even they were so indistinct that I thought the board was just a plain maple board. I understand that the markings are not an exact science and can be a hit or miss affair but why would you send out 4 completely contrasting boards ( as a business you would at least try and make sure that there was some consistency with the boards ) especially when one has little to no markings at all? it just seemed like the handler didn't even care and just grabbed four off the pile. Very disappointing for what could have been a returning customer.”
