I bought four casters for my open-stand, Jet 22-24 Drum Sander. According to the specs, the sander weighs 177lbs. I've been using this for one-year and haven't had any issues. The foot-activated locks are easily operated allowing me to move, then secure the sander in place. I'm currently building a large 66"x44" maple workbench and I'll be putting a set of the same casters on it.

I have four of these on my Bandsaw that weighs 342 pounds. Three of the four have needed replacement due to cracked tires over the past two years. I used to think the locking mechanism was the cause of the cracking, but I often only need to lock the two in front to keep the bandsaw from rolling during use, and the rear ones have actually failed more. I'll be replacing them with these polyurethane on aluminum wheels: https://shop.castercity.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=PA3x1.25B from Caster City next time.
