“I am very frustrated as I write this review. I will say I take 50% of the responsibility for what has happened because I did not notice what was happening. I sanded my acrylic blank, thought it looked a little rough after sanding to 600, but carried on. After applying CA and using Zona paper I had crazy scratches all over my blank. So, I sanded the CA off and repeated the process thinking I had done something wrong. Again, scratches everywhere. I knew my technique for a CA finish was spot on, so I started wondering if it was the material I was working with as this was my first time turning a DiamondCast blank. So, I tried it a THIRD time! Sanded it down, wasted more CA and Zona paper just to end up with scratches again! I had to walk away at that point. My husband came in a while later and told me he figured out the problem .... Every roll of sandpaper was in the wrong location in the box! The 150 grit contained the 600 grit, the 240 contained the 400 grit, the 320 actually had the correct grit in it, the 400 contained the 240 and the 600 grit was actually 150 grit!! This was my first time ever purchasing this sandpaper pack from Woodcraft. How on earth does that type of mistake happen? Can someone not read which grit to load where? I've never had to look at the back of the rolls with the other brand I have been buying, so I did not check this one. I actually purchased two packs at the same time and after checking the other box, the same thing! I wasted so much CA, time and Zona paper because of this mess up. No more profit on this pen! The only reason I gave 2 stars is that we were able to move the sandpaper into its proper location and 4th time was the charm for finishing this pen. I will start taking my gloves off to do sanding and feeling the sandpaper as well as checking the actual size printed on the back from now on until I can learn to trust again that someone is doing their job correctly. Not a warm and fuzzy feeling.”

“This review is for the product only, not the Woodcraft store, the employees or the website. I rarely leave a review, but this paper is so poor, I wanted to save others the trouble of returning the product. I'm not sure what was used for the lower grit, but it wasn't sand. It's not uniform, it clogs within seconds, and requires a lot to remove a small amount of material. A paper towel would work better! I purchases two of these at Christmas time due to being on sale for $9.99 each. They will both be returned! I will never buy this product again.”
