As I was shopping around for some plans to build a rocking adirondack chair, I thought I had found what I was looking for on here. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I've finally received this in the mail, excited and eager to begin this project, I went to open the plans and it is definitively not what I was expecting. The plans are as if someone photoshoped or layered the plans on top of each other. I was expecting, at least, it be the cut-out patters, so that I glue and cut, but no. It is, literally, a print out of the chair, which I could've found myself using google images. it does come with a separate sheet for the back, but what good does the back do when you're missing the actual chair and rocker? BEWARE, do NOT purchase this kit, unless you want a headache and spend hours trying to decipher this.

Blueprints are layered on top of each other. Very difficult to translate some portions. There are separate drawings for the seat and back pieces. But not for the frame. And if you cut them out of the blueprint, it's even more difficult to use. For $14, I think they could spare one more page of paper for the rest of the parts. Assembly is really from visual translation of the component locator picture. It lacks any real direction. Not a very good kit. Good beginner project, but shop around.

Rocking chair lacks a detailed plan and is extremely difficult to understand. The drawings are all written over top of each other and impossible to read. Unless you want to spend a week attempting to decipher the plan I would not suggest purchasing this product.

I purchased the plans about a year ago. When I received them the main page for the plans was unreadable. The templates where printed over the top of each other. This made it to where you couldn’t understand the layout of the parts . Plus you couldn’t tell where the template for each part started and finished at. I was thinking about ordering another set but I’m worried that they will be messed up as the first set
