“I put this on my wish list and was given it as a gift. It fell from the work bench and the screw snapped in half and it no longer works. Crap metal! What happened to using good steel?”

“I am just a hobbiest woodworker, but I know quality when I see it. This square is my most trusted combination square and is only called upon for my more precise and delicate work. After three years, knock on wood, I have not experienced any screws breaking nor have I had any complaints about the tool. Would recommend to someone in a simmilar situation as me.”

“I too have broken screws. I called them and they replaced them at no cost. Since I saw that others also had this problem I asked for two screws, one as a back-up. But the real problem here is that they obviously know about this defect but have not stopped selling the tool. This is just bad business. Luckily everything they offer can be found someplace else!”
