“Made the pen, very happy with it, looked good, tested it out upon completion, and all was well. Put in box with other finished pens, got it back out a few days later, and would not work. Clicker would not work.”

“The finish was great however the kit didnâ€™t work. In the closed position the pen tip stuck out like it was opened, clicking the pen to open only made the tip stick out further. Ended up destroying the kit trying to take it apart.”

“I ordered one of these for a gift for a friend. I made it and the click broke almost immediately. Customer service sent me a new one the same day I let them know about the problem. However, after about 2-3 weeks the mechanism is stuck in the out position and won't click like it's supposed to. I would caution against this product until they fix the quality.”
