“This hose is not designed for ShopVacs and high pressure suction, they are designed for dust collections systems. I use this with my Desktop CNC machines and it works great. I like it because it is flexible and easy to pull out of my dust collection port on my machine and vacuum the spoilboard. Sure, it is not going to last as long as the other 2-1/2" hoses but I will sacrifice longevity for flexibility.”

“Purchased this to use on a ShopVac and immediately realized I had made a mistake. Although the tube is flexible, the suction of the vac will collapse the length of the tube making it difficult to extend and reduces its flexibility. Therefore I do not recommend this product.”
