“I have a lot of bench accessories for holding stuff down and clamping it down. Most of what I have accumulated wobbles or otherwise disappoints. Those nine dollar just like the wonder dog clamps just don’t compare. The Wonder Dog is well made. The quality is plainly evident when you open the box. it has been designed to be used and antipates ordinary usage problems. Many of the “just like” versions relied on special tools (that get lost) to tighten the clamps. Adjustment can done quickly with your fingers. It’s just a nice clamp. Ultimately the issue that some readers may have is the price. The nine dollar “ just likes” work more or less . I have bunches of them. This really is a case of buy once cry wants.”

“This was actually a fantastic benchtop work holder but it broke after one week and the fasteners went flying so far I cannot find them to reassemble.”
