“Easy to make. Wonder if smaller hilo of opener could be used to sew in vs extra epoxy. Given screw top will is be used much?”

“I’ve made several. Good gifts and also sell well. 3/8 hole per instructions is a clearance hole for epoxy-ing together. A smaller hole can be used to screw together.”

“No markings in the item for hole drill size, no marking on the package. So I get myself all cleaned up from the project to handle my phone and get online for info. The dumbass website for woodcraft says 3/8" bit. So I drill, way to damn big! Threads don't contact wood. Zebra wood wasted, time wasted. Just plain pissed off by such aberrant disrespect for customers.”

“I am very happy with the bottle opener, I do wish there were other options asides from just stainless steel. Following the advice of another reviewer I used an 11/32 drill bit, which is correct as a 3/8 will create a hole way to large.”
