“I installed this blade the day it arrived and have used it perhaps half a dozen times. The blade proper is still in fine shape. As with all of my bandsaw blades, I give the blade a shot of Bostik 'Blade Cote' aerosol at the start. This is an excellent lubricant that greatly increases the saw feed rate - initially. It also help keep the blade free of any rosin that might otherwise stick to the blade. I also reduce the blade tension when the saw is not in use. This reduces wear and stress on the saw parts.”
