“Bought this hose and took out of box and tried to stretch to 10'. Nope, only 7' and if two of us pulled really hard we got 7'8". Let sit by a warm indoor heat source for 3 days and tried stretching many more times, multiple times during the period and nope still 7'. Contacted Flexaust and they said to follow the attached video. Really Flexaust, you think your customers are that dumb. Nope still only 7'. Returned to Woodcraft. This is not a Woodcraft issue, but a Flexaust issue. Glad Woodcraft took hose back. Now back to the drawing board.”

“I connected the hose to duct at ceiling level and it would not reach 10ft. I let it hang a few days with no luck. I then reversed the end to stretch it some more and still will not reach 10ft. I could pull it with great force to extend to 10ft but it was hard to keep the clamp to hold the other end. So fair warning count on it being ~9ft in working length. Otherwise appears to be stout.”
