“So far the chisel has been a pleasure to use. The handle is just a bit undersized consequently a stout rap is required to seat the handle. (FYI pick up the chisel by the socket, NOT THE HANDLE). The back to some work to get it flat, but I'll take the blame on this as I realized later that I was applying uneven pressure on the blade. Once done CORRECTLY they do take a fine edge and hold it unless your into some really hard wood.”

“Proper use and treatment, using a wooden mallet, handle broke on my second project with just 16 mortises chopped. Very disappointed. I was initially please with this chisel as it honed to a nice sharp 25 degree edge and was maintains the edge well. I just noticed the end has a small chip in it also. I kind of figured this would have lasted a bit longer.”
