“The features and specifications were as advertised. As a rural shop, I rely on the staff in their selection and shipping and in this they have exceeded their competitors. “Absolutely beautiful wood and reasonable to work with. I'm quite satisfied with the lumber I get from Woodcraft. Since living in a remote area, I have to rely on shipping, which is always a risk. I feel the shipping department makes some effort to match grain patterns.”

“I called the store specifically requesting zebra wood. The salesman was super polite and helpful, going to the display area and letting me know none was available, but beli wood was available. He then took a picture of it and e-mailed it to me so I could decide if it would suit my purpose. I appreciate him going "well above and beyond" so that I could make an informed decision before making a 40-mile (one way) drive to get the lumber.”

“The wood is pretty - color and grain - but I was disappointed that the boards were slightly warped...am trying to flatten them now but I doubt I can. Hopefully it won't be an issue as I plan to use it for accent pieces in cutting boards and cheese boards.”
