“I bought these card size stones to sharpen a corner chisel that is made to cut inside corners square. The chisel wasn't very sharp, and the corner wasn't completely finished to an edge. These thin cards made it possible to get all the way into the corner since the grit goes all the way to the edges. I removed a good bit of metal and used all three cards to put a sharp edge on it. My large stones either didn't have grit all the way to the edges or the edges were not square enough to get into the corner to finish it. I checked these card stones under magnification when I was done, and they didn't show any wear or even scratching. I think these card stones will also come in handy for sharpening router bits, Forstner bits and the like. I would buy them again if needed.”

“This is the second set i have bought. The first set held up well with lots of use. I am impressed on the quality with how make things i have sharpened.”
