“Knife is useless unless you grind it to a bevel usable for carving. The sheath will protect the knife but it has a wrist strap not applicable to carrying on your belt”

“I bought this knife thinking it was like the Flexcut Sloan knife that tapers to a razor edge. This knife tapers to a minute bevel that can't cut a shaving from a piece of basswood. I tried stropping it but since the bevel doesn't follow the taper of the rest of the blade it didn't work. I am returning the knife. Very disappointed.”

“I received the knife and tried it on a piece of basswood. Dull! It didn't cut at all! I then stropped the knife but no luck in getting a sharp edge. If there is an edge on this knife I'll need a magnifying glass to find it. I have bought previous knives from Woodcraft . Some where razor sharp and some needed a little stropping but this knife will require sharpening stones to get an edge.”
