Well designed and built. Sturdy. I'll put it through a test over the next couple of weeks moving 100 sheets of 23/32 CDX. Should save my back (67 yes old).

Extremely well built and thought out. The cart is very heavy and I was surprised how little assembly it required. The one thing I would change is the cart should have the same pivot latch that holds the panel in the horizontal position function to keep the panel in the upright position. The plastic knob to lock it while upright is meant for storage only. Attempting to lock the panel in the vertical position with the knob would probably break it. Currently I'm in the process of designing and testing a storage rack that will allow me to transfer an upright panel to the rack and the other way around. Once I'm done I'm hoping to take the cart with me to the lumber yard. transfer panels to the truck and transfer from truck to cart and ending in the storage rack then from rack to cart to table saw for processing.

I saw this cart on sale for $55 off and jumped on it. It was extremely easy to assemble and lives up to everything I expected of it. My shoulders are not what they used to be and this cart has made it so easy to handle sheets of plywood and other big sheets of wood. From the truck to the saw, my shoulders thank you all the way!

I am very impressed with this cart. The build quality is excellent. From the heavy duty casters to the tilt locking mechanism to the paint finish, the overall value is exceptional. It's capability for moving sheet goods from truck to table is welcomed. I've even moved 4X12 sheets of drywall with ease. I wondered in advance if this cart would meet my needs and it certainly has exceeded my expectations.

The cart comes nearly preassembled. It took about 5 minutes or less to unbox it and put it together. The directions were easy enough to follow although the 1st step showed a picture of the bolts for the connecting bar in the wrong location. The bolts on my cart were shipped in the connecting bar itself. I was somewhat skeptical about how sturdy it would be as the base is 16" deep and a little less than 18" wide. So far it seems sturdy and rolls well on my laminate shop floor. You just need make sure the panel is centered on the brackets. It has adequate support when the 4' x 8' panel is on the cart in both the horizontal and vertical positions. The Pivot Lock seems a bit stiff but that should loosen up with time and usage. The cart has 2 locking wheels of the 4 wheels that keep the cart in place reasonably well. There are some items that could use improvement. When the cart is adjusted to my table saw height the panel brackets are about 12" off the ground. This makes loading a full 3/4" panel from ground level to the brackets by yourself a little awkward. The panel brackets themselves need the edges rounded a bit or a nylon glide with rounded edges attached on them to make loading/unloading and protecting the panel edges better. Additionally, the bolts for the brackets need to be unscrewed almost entirely to swing the brackets out of the way. A solution may be to have the brackets mounted just on the inside of the lower part of the tube frame with a different style knob. The knob could be a changes out for a T shaped repositionable one. Overall I am pleased with the purchase. It is a good value for the money.

Plastic knob broke this first time I used the cart. Poor design there. Rest is OK.

Although the cart works well, there was a manufacturing error and a missing piece. First, one of the bolt holes in the cross brace did not line up with the hold in the side piece. I had to drill this out to get the bolt to fit. Second, one of the two knobs that holds the frame at a particular height was simply missing. Based on such sloppy Q/A I will have to think hard whether to purchase another item manufactured by Woodriver/Woodcraft. hb
