“This is a great little machine except for the fact that one of the 3 LED lights has never worked since I bought this a few weeks ago. I have emailed and called and emailed and called again and again and the best Nova has done is send me a new laser module. No idea why because the lasers work fine, it's the LED light I need. They can't seem to follow detailed descriptions, photos, pleas for help, nothing. Their customer service is basically non-existent. So don't buy from Nova unless you want to take a gamble that you'll be getting a perfect machine that will never have anything go wrong with it. Because, if anything else goes wrong with this machine, it's basically junk.”

“I can't stress enough how much of a great purchase this was for my shop! I love the electronic depth stop, it stops itself without me having to do anything while I'm working. And the fact that it's smaller in size but I get a larger quill travel is really awesome. I would recommend this drill press to anyone.”
