“I purchased this about 1.5-2 years ago. I switched the wiring to 220 volt and this has been an excellent machine. As my shop and tools grow so does the need of good dust collection. I put a 3 way wye on one port and running the second port by itself. I have my 19/38 drum sander along with my Rikon 14" bandsaw and my fox shop jointer hooked as the main tools to the 3 way wye and the other side switches between a shaper and my 15" Oliver planer. I have 2.5" run offs for my second shaper and Kreg router table at this point the suction is very week but does pick most of it up. I have never owned another dust collection unit to compare it too. Right now my only regret was not buying the double bag 3 HP one as I am looking to also add a moulder to my shop. It is at the point I may need a second dust collection unit and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one of these or even the 2 bagger 3 hp one. Again I have nothing to compare it with and most of my tools hooked to this are Rikon, Oliver, shop fox, and grizzley. I have filled this machine so many times I have had a regular guy picking up my collection when it gets full. Without this machine I would be piled in sawdust and shavings”
