“I had an issue with a Triton router within 30 days of purchase. Took it back to store and they referred me to Triton. Triton advised to take back to store to swap out. There was some confusion at the store on the 30 return policy in place by Triton. From the store's perspective, I fully understand as most manufacturers require the customer to return the defective power tool to them for repair/replacement. If the store was to swap it out instead of having the customer contact the manufacturer, the store would be stuck with the defective tool and the manufacturer would not make it up. Triton has a 30 day return policy. The manager at Woodcraft-Colby West-was gracious enough to swap out the router once the Trion policy was verified on Triton's website.”
