I received my F2 this Monday. All I had to do was install the fence rails. Everything else was done at the factory. the wings were perfectly aligned with the table and it cut my 3/4" red oak effortlessly. Square and true.

In fairness, I have not used the saw yet but am writing to compliment the buying experience. Ordered the unit from Woodcraft on 12/2 and was uncrating it on 12/12. Extremely pleased with ordering and delivery. Good communication meant I was home and ready to receive the delivery and the gentleman was kind enough to roll it up the drive into my garage. Despite a ding on the crate, the unit was well packaged with no damage, everything firmly secured in the crate. Perhaps the best part is the assembly - wipe it off, install the rails & blade guard, done. Looking forward to making some sawdust.

First of all, this is an excellent saw. I purchased the F2 about August 2023 from Woodcraft. There are a couple things I would recommend for improvement. Mainly dust collection and mobility. That being said, I don’t regret my purchase at all. I design and build furniture, and mainly cut hardwood. With a good blade, this saw is accurate, smooth, has a good fence, and has plenty of power for what I do for half the price of that other brand with the same features with a full cast iron top and wings.

I have had little but aggravation since I brought the saw home from Woodcraft. I had anticipated it being out of spec and was eager to tune it and get cutting. No matter what I did, though the runout on the miter slot was between 1/32 and 1/64 off. It turned out one of the bolt holes had been improperly drilled and was impeding rotation of the table. Once I removed the bolt, the runout issue was solved. However, the cast iron table now covers the bolt hole by the same margin as the runout, preventing the bolt from going through: my table is held in place by three bolts instead of four. While removing the tool panel to reach the set bolt for the arbor tilt, one of the machine screws was so stuck, the head stripped; nor was I able to budge it from the inside of the housing, even with vice grips. It was likely tapped improperly and forced into place. The instruction manual is dreadful in its lack of detail, particularly in regards to adjusting the set bolt for the arbor tilt. First, you have to find it, tilt the arbor away from 90 deg so you can tighten/loosen the bolt, and "rock" the arbor back and forth until you tweak it to the proper stop. You have to do this while practically lying on the floor so you can see it, then coax your wrench around the motor housing to reach the bolt. Customer service was dismally unresponsive. Dialing the number on the manual got me a scambot trying to sell me a medical-response necklace, and the third time, when I swore at it, it passed me over to a phone sex site. Fortunately, Woodcraft had another contact number and I was able to get a ticket started. I did get a call from Laguna and an e-mail follow-up with some desultory instructions that didn't work - they could not have, because of the mis-drilled bolt hole. But then customer service disappeared on me. Haven't heard back since. Shout out to Woodcraft, who took up the slack and helped me get the table adjusted. In summary, based on this experience, I'll never order another Laguna tool.

I replaced an old Craftsman contractor saw so there is a lot to like. This seems very well built. I immediately replaced the blade as the one it came with did not cut well. The built in dust collection is a great idea but it does not work well. I get a lot of dust coming off the blade onto the table top. I think maybe the zero clearance system does not allow for much suction. I had a DIY system on my contractor saw and it did much much better with the same vacuum system. It's takes a little work to add a fence to the miter gauge. The safety configuration requires some trimming of the fence to get close to the blade and to avoid a screw on the face guard. If you add a fence, you can't use the onboard miter gauge holder.

The Laguna Fusion 2 table saw is an awesome machine. Very accurate and a joy to use. I was hesitant to buy this saw because of the European style fence. I find the fence features to be an asset and I would recommend the fence to others. My saw was damaged in shipment and was not useable. Saws are backordered with delivery months away. I contacted Woodcraft of Tucson where I purchased the saw and they immediately referred my issue to Laguna in Grand Prairie Texas. Laguna contacted me within two days and said they had a new saw in Dallas for me - available immediately. I got the saw and as stated above - AWSOME. Great service from Laguna, Woodcraft and a very happy customer.

No doubt this is a good table saw cause it was recommended by a close friend but when I try to purchase it on Memorial Day they pull the bait and switch on me. It’s a shame because I don’t see Woodcraft doing such a thing but when I put it on my cart it was at $1.399 plus $99 flat rate shipping however when I go to checkout it jumped to $1,599 plus $99 S&H... Smh, then when I call costumer service they say they don’t know what happened and can’t honor the price I got when I put it in my cart. This was a big disappointment and a bad look on woodcraft part as a company to had this happened. What SCAM!!!

Bought this saw in mid-April it was back-ordered till May 25th now It won't ship out till August 27?! So I'm going to have to wait for 4-5 months? Being 1600.00 poorer for it? Not cool.
