“The molded in place rubber 4" end allowed (with a little stretching) me to connect a vacuum 2-1/2" hose to my dist collection quick connect. I advise getting precise ID and OD measurements prior to purchase as this was the 3rd attempt for me to buy a 4-2-1/2 "quick connect" adapter.”

“I agree with the previous review but my vacuum hose from a Dewalt vac doesn’t detach without me detaching it. The best feature of the adapter is the flexible material and the clamp prevent the adapter from falling off of the port on my circular saw. A rigid, friction-fit adapter fell off regularly. The taper also prevents sawdust from clogging the port.”

“I just bought this adapter for my new to me Grizzly jointer that has a 4 inch dust port. This adapter allowed me to hook up my shop vac cyclone to my jointer so now my shop is much cleaner. The main thing I like the most is that the four-inch side the port is flexible and is held down with a hose clamp. The only negative thing is that I wish that the 2.5” inch side was slightly tighter and gripped my Ridgid shop vac hose so it wasn’t so loose. I totally recommend this product!”
