“I have now used my Woodcraft numerous times and as a beginner woodworker, it suites my needs just fine. I had an issue assembling it because of a part that came out thebox damaged. Customer service was quick and easy to deal with, Kyle, who helped me, even processed my order for me when that department was busy and did not answer. Customer service contributed to my 5 star rating, because the one complaint I have is that the table does not come with feather boards or any other accessories, where just about every table I looked at did. Gentlemen in my Woodcraft store were very helpful as well.”

“Received the stand as a requested Christmas present. It has without a doubt the worse assembly instruction I have ever had, and I have had some in Chinese. There is no parts list and NO instruction as to which part or hardware goes where. When you finally get it mostly together, there is a small bag of bolts and an allen wrench with no mention or picture of where it would go. Please go visit an IKEA store and have them show you how to write a manual to put this item together. I sure hope it works better than the instructions.”
