I like mine. True, it needs a good sharpening but for ten bucks, I'm happy with it. Mine flips open and locks just fine and stays safely locked when opened. Easy to close. Mine didn't break when I sharpened it. Love the black blade and warm tone, wood handle.

Dull Blade, sharp point. The blade lock works only half the time. After some sharpening something broke in the blade hinge and now it struggles to open. Positives are the handle is nicely etched.

It would be easy to spend 10 or even 20 times what the Woodcraft drop point, swift assist knife costs for an every day carry but it wouldn't work any better, and with this knife it is way less tragic if it gets lost or breaks. I bought several and use one daily.

Ordered 2. One defective. Wont lock open. Woodcraft shipped another one. Same problem. Took both defective knives apart, did some adjusting, now they work fine. Very poor quality control
