Al, We sincerely apologize for the inconsistency with the colors in your recent order. We definitely understand how disappointing that can be. Generally with the different Heart Woods, oxygen will enhance the colors. Tech is recommending to give the wood a light sand and set it in the sun, this should bring the color to the surface.
