Magfitt connectors are a game changer. So easy to put on and off and allowing convenient swapping out of machines to an area. I have many of my tools on casters and I can roll them up to a port and hook right up with ease.

A bit pricey but great for the odd dust connection flex tube that keeps getting in the way or that needs to run across the floor with certain tools! Magical magnet fix for getting it working again.

I’ve found these to be very convenient to switch between machines that are on mobile bases, and I’ve had very little trouble with disconnects. I had a short length of 4” hose that I used to connect the machine half of the Magfitts to the machine, but would agree that it would have been nice to be able to attach them directly. Overall I’m happy with them & would recommend them.

My magnets connect stay connected. I have one on a floor sweep and another on the end of a 4" hose I use for collecting the fine dust while sanding on my lathe. I see some of the reviews bashing that they fall off but I have not had that experience-could be the way I have my connections oriented without any real weight load on the magnets. I'm very happy with them and wish I'd bought them years ago.

Amazingly weak magnets. Hook them up and they just pop right off. Work great when clamped, but then the product would be Clampfit and not Magfitt. Don’t bother unless magnets plus clamps work for you. I will return all of it if I can find a product with stronger magnets. Otherwise, I have plenty of spring hand clamps. Pity. This is the first dud produced from Woodcraft in 12 years of being a regular customer. Love the store. Am disappointed

In summary, a great idea poorly executed. In detail, the magnets are not quite strong enough. Second, these should have been designed to slide over the machine side port or inside the collection hose depending on which mag port coupler being installed rather than requiring the additional purchase of the hose connector. Lastly, the hose clamp connector two hose clamps require a metric nut driver rather than the standard 1/4” nut driver that is used on every hose clamp in my shop. A small inconvenience yes, but it’s the little things that can make a good product a great one. Woodcraft didn’t make a great one here, but it is usefully expensive.

Magnets are weak if hose is stretched a little or at an angle it will pop off machine. I fixed this by buying stronger magnets off Amazon and placed on top of the magnets already on coupler, now they stay on great. So for an extra $10 you can get a perfect product I know we should not have to buy them to make there product work but that’s the case with these. An easy fix for WoodCraft don’t know why they don’t fix the problem.
