“These new all-in-one Magfitt couplings are made of a combo of overmolded flexible rubber at the machine side and ABS plastic where the mag coupling flares. They are more expensive than just the plastic coupling, but cheaper (and shorter overall for space constraints) than the plastic coupler plus flex cuff which was previously required to mate the old style. It does come with the pictured metal clamp. I assume they were made to address complaints that the prior system required separate flex cuffs. I see no downsides! You save about 25%. Added and now using on 3 of my machines.”
