Reasonably accurate but not perfect. Using the recommended 3/8” bushing with a 1/4” router bit tended to cut clean exits on the bottom side of the Baltic birch I was cutting, but the resulting 20mm holes had irregularities. A result of the binding of the bit, sawdust, and center plug left from routing the outer perimeter of the hole. I have yet to test the accuracy of the diameter of the routed hole. Probably should have used the recommended clamps instead of the quick bar t-track clamps I had. One of my holes was slightly off due to one of the two clamps loosening during routing. The twist lock dogs are a neat idea, but a little squishy, allowing a little more play on the subsequent holes that are dependent on their locked position. A 6 by 2 or larger grid template might help mitigate accuracy issues by spreading the locking locations over a larger distance. If you are wanting MFT accuracy for square cuts using your track saw, this is not the template for you. You’d be better off using a CNC. However, if you are wanting to lay down a regular grid of dog holes for work holding, this template may be a cost effective solution for you.
