Very sturdy. No assembly instructions. Only a small diagram (make the font larger). But I figured it out. The casters are odd. You can lock or unlock them only by getting on your hands and knees and spinning a small disc. Don't spin them too far, as I did, or they come apart. The disc lowers a foot that raises the wheel off the ground. With the weight of the planer on the stand this is difficult. Most locking casters have a foot peddle that you step on but these require you to get down on your knees, on each caster, and spin the wheel several times in the right direction. If you move the stand frequently this will become tedious. I will look into replacing the casters for normal ones.

The Stand was easy to put together and is heavy enough for the 13inch Oliver planer.. I feel it was a very good investment for my shop.

It was easy to assemble and holds the new Oliver 3HP planner well. Not sure how I feel about the wheel adjustments for immobilizing the stand while working. They are all spun by hand. Would have been great to have a step on adjustment. Seems well built with quality materials. The top is MDF, we'll see how that holds up.
