“Yes, Festoon is spendy, but sometimes you do get what you pay for! The dust collection system for the sanders is great, but does require for the holes in the sheets to align for maximum extraction. Using their products, and an air filtration unit, my shop is once again useable for sanding!”

“Yes Festool makes good tools but I think people are losing their minds. This is not a tool, it's simply a dust particle separator that reduces vacuum bags and yet it is priced just like the dust extractors. Same price. So I can own two Festool dust extractors or one and a separator? I can buy a dust deputy or other configuration for a quarter of this price. Milwaukee offers theirs for $100. But I guess there are enough people who will just purchase anything Festool puts out and rave about what they got for $450. Sorry but this is not worth the money.”
