“This is solid, well-designed tool. I have made a couple projects with it and the Milescraft one handed dowel jig and, not surprisingly, this is superior. As an aside I am still a little confused by the Task dowel jig lineup so maybe some better descriptions would help.”

“Quick version. Itâ€™s amazing. Buy it. Long version. Iâ€™ve had this in a box for awhile. Bought it on sale, Iâ€™ll use it someday etc. I invested in the Rockler Beadlock tenon. Itâ€™s a great system, I also recommend that, itâ€™s just more time consuming and sometimes the drill will through you jig off. You have to really clamp that sucker down. Iâ€™ve considered, and came up with 8 ways to justify getting the festool domino. Just to speed up workflow. Iâ€™m currently making a giant barn door for family, a beadlock would be overkill, a simple dowel would work, so I finally opened this up and used it. Itâ€™s incredible. The marking line makes everything simple. Every hole, perfectly 90, every hole perfectly centered. Repeatability is outstanding. Clamping pressure, outstanding. And honestly so long as itâ€™s not on a massive angle, anything under 6â€”
