“I want to love this pen. It looks great, nice size, not too big not too small. However, Iâ€™ve made two of these so far and have had to glue the finial cap in both times as the tube is too large for the cap (or vice versa). I considered the idea that maybe while milling the ends I was perhaps slightly enlarging the diameter of the tube. However, all other components, including the nib, fit great. This kit makes a great finished product but it takes more work than should be necessary.”
