“I made two separate orders, one for just 1 and the second was for 3. As another reviewer mentioned, they received a shipment with bowed and cracked board. The first order with one piece was flat, but had a 2-3 inches crack 10 inches from the end of the board. I did not need the full 2ft so I just cut that part off. Second order of 3 boards, I do plan to use them as full 2ft or so, but one piece had a crack at the end and another was twisted. Emailed customer support and a new order was replaced and was told to keep original order. Well..., the new order came, still same problem. Either it was cracked or this time, it was bowed instead of twisted. Well, this was my first time ordering dimensional lumber online, so I wasn't sure if I should be expecting at least flat boards but oh well. Even dimensional hardwoods sold at big box stores are not all perfect and I had to rummage through maybe 10-20 pieces to find a relatively nice piece. But customer service was great at least.”

“Wood wea not consistant in color and the second in order was not only bowed but was cracked on one end. Crack was just short of 5 inches and went completely through wood. Called about sending back but was told that piece would be replaced. Three days later a good replacement arrived. Maybe I should give 5 star? But rated this on initial shipment.”
