“I've had this system for a few years now and use it as a weekend/whenever I have free time woodworker. I purchased it mainly to use with my Dewalt 12" thickness planer and it works exactly how I would have expected. I am in the process of adding a chip collection system as the bag fills up very quickly and can be a pain to reinstall once you empty it. Trying to hold the bag in place and also wrap the snap band around requires 4 hands or taping the bag to the side of the unit to hold it while you install the band clamp. Depending on your setup an elbow on top would benefit flow, because I have a small shop I am able to just run the hose up to the ceiling joists (6' ceiling height) and bungee it to make a smooth loop down to whatever tool I'm using it on.”

“This may be a good dust collector if you can get it together. The holes for the hex bolts are not configured correctly so that they do the parts do not align. The instructions are terrible. They state that there are four hex bolts to attach the motor to the column but there are only three holes in the column. No matter how you rotate the column or the motor the filtration housing does not align with the support columns.”
