Just installed this super nice lift in my table saw extension wing. I am completely impressed with the quality and smoothness of this product. Made in Canada, it is a precise mechanical instrument. The machining is of high quality. Highly recommended to buy.

I like the router lift and it’s a good value but one important feature is lacking that I wasn’t aware of. You cannot zero out the scale. To me that is an important feature and I don’t think it would have been a premium feature.

Will this router lift drop into a Kreg table?

I ordered the lift on sale by woodcraft. It arrived and I set it up with a Porter Cable router following the instructions. The router lift wouldn't hold the router. After several attempts I phoned the Jessem people and sent them pictures of the router lift. After reviewing the photos they informed me that the lift was missing several parts and that was why it wouldn't hold the router. I expected more from Woodcraft. I think this may have been a return and restock router that was not adequately inspected prior to restock. Not good business practice.

This is just one of those tools where every time I use it I say to myself why the heck didn't I buy one long ago. This thing is smooth as silk and rock solid. I am using a PC 690 and a Bosch 1617, I can swap routers as fast as I could change bits before I had the lift. If I had enough room in my shop I would buy a second one.

I love this lift but the contents inside are not what's listed on the outside. the package claims it comes with three inserts when it actually contains only one two inch insert. I contacted Jessem and they made it right with just proof of purchase. Received the other inserts within a week of first contact. Very pleased with their customer service. G/B

I purchased the Lift II hoping that my Craftsman 950429 would work with it. My router isn't listed on Jessem's site, nor here, as being compatible, but it did seem to have the correct diameter motor housing. Put the two together and lift fits around the router like a glove. Good deal! Now I need to put the pair to use!

Why did I wait so long to buy this? After years of struggling with height adjustments on my router table, I finally bought a lift and couldn't be happier with this one.
