“I tend to try out just about every new to me sharpening jig out there- I mainly use my LN jig but also use my Veritas a lot. I think this jig works just fine and is what it says it is. Micro Bevels are not difficult to set if that is your thing - a primary bevel properly sharpened will yield the same results - micro bevels are for time saving and not for magical shavings. You have to make sure you apply even pressure on both sides of the blade when sharpening as the center wheel is a one star reduction small - but, I use this to great effect to sharpen my chisels when my other two jigs are being used or cleaned.”
