“I purchased this set about a year ago. Recently, I began using these bits to drill holes to receive dowels. That's when I noted that these bits produce oversized holes. This makes them useless for dowel work. They do make a nice hole. These bits are made for Fisch and quality control is done in Austria. If you buy these bits anyway, I suggest you drill some holes to check the diameters in the store's wood shop before you walk out with them.”
