“I bought this bandsaw for my husband for our anniversary. When it arrived and it was unloaded from its crate, we noticed that it was neither plumb nor level. It is an entire bubble off level, and one side of the base is bent upward in what looks to be a manufacturer's defect. It wobbles, and we are afraid that this would make it unsafe to use. We contacted Woodcraft, who pointed us to the manufacturer's customer service. We have called both customer service numbers several times over the past few WEEKS and still have no received a response from either JET or Woodcraft. We keep getting the "We'll pass this along, and someone will call you back" runaround. Nobody ever calls back. It has been over a month, and our bandsaw is sitting in our garage like a giant paperweight. We have no resolution in sight. We are extremely disappointed. I will never buy a JET tool again, nor will I buy from a website that does not help its customers.”
