“This is our second Bosch router. We have the 2.25hp router mounted on a router table and caught the 1 hp on sale. The smaller router is super for smaller jobs and can easily be hand held for smaller jobs. Once the bigger(and heavier) router is mounted, it is much easier to use the smaller router at times. Very satisfied with both routers - gives us much more flexibility!!!”

“I got this on sale and it is perfect for some off my small projects that I am working on. I like the variable adjustment. Awesome little router. I also have a large router for my big projects.”

“This is a well designed product but with many limitations. No plunge routing of course, but simply make a dovetail groove in one pass is not possible for this low hp machine. I say get it if its on sale or if you are only doing light work, otherwise look towards its 2.25 hp big brother.”
