This is an amazing out feed table for the pcs table saw. It's very sturdy, is designed, for the most part, well, is excellent for anyone that needs a space saving outfeed table. First I'll start with what I like. This thing is sturdy. It holds a lot of weight and feels very rigid once you get it installed. I wouldn't have it any other way. I work out of a one bay garage, and I need the space savings of a folding table, and the flexibility of an outfeed table. I'm not afraid to put wood stock and use it as a place holder, but when I need to push the saw against the wall, the thing folds in seconds. It's held up by 2 sturdy square tube legs, and is held to the table rail with hinge like clamps. These legs have leveling feet on it, so if you move it often your floor won't always be the same and you can make the adjustments needed to make the table flush and safe to use. Things I think need some work. I wish there was a more solid way outside of clamping the extension table to the rails. I wish there was more of a bold in option. In addition, construction can get confusing, and will take some time. It took me about 2-3 hours to construct. The worst part is if you are using a Industrial mobile base on a PCS saw you will find that the table can't fold all the way down causing clearance issues with the table saw fence. As you slide the fence it will catch the end of the extension table tubes potentially chipping the fence underside. This could be due to one of two things. 1. The mobile base needs to be designed differently to allow proper spacing to clear the Extension table. Or the better option 2. Fix the spacing on the extension table so when you fold it downward it will clear the square guards on the mobile base wheels. This would allow for the table to fold all the way down allowing the table top end to clear the fence. With the table down I'm limited on what I can cut based on the fence location. It does get annoying having to put it in the up position if I"m making a small cut.
