The 3-D Cutting Board Class was awesome! Our instructor, Gus, provided detailed explanations of every step of the process as well as valuable information on each of the tools that we used; six in all. This one class allowed each participant to use the band saw, drum sander, jointer, planer, table saw and orbital sander. Safety instruction was provided as we moved through each tool, and Gus allowed each one of us to work to our comfort level. Such valuable information and experience. I plan on taking more classes in the future, for SURE!!

Harder than what I thought. Instructor very informative and helpful, but bowls are not for me. Glad I took the class though. I learned more about the lathe and what it takes to make a bowl. A lot different than pens.

I took my daughter-in-law to Devin Palmer's "Turning a Harry Potter Wand" class, at the Columbus, Ohio store. She had never turned before. Devin helped her create a wand she was really happy with. Thanks for a great class!

I have taken multiple classes at the Cleveland store (Oakwood Village location) and have been quite satisfied with both the content and the knowledgeable instructors. I am an above average woodworker but am still able to hone my skills. As with any profession or hobby, learning is a life long endeavor, and these classes are a great opportunity to both learn and share the craft with others.

Excellent course! I took the Basic CNC Class. I was starting from ground zero and have since been able to complete a number of projects on my CNC. This class jump-started my learning curve and saved me a tremendous amount of time. Well worth the cost!

I took Intro to Woodworking. I have been a hobbyist for 8 years but wanted some formal teaching. I would call this “intro to serious woodworking.” If you just want to make small things for your house, this might be more than you need. If you want to make legacy pieces to hand down for generations, this is the place to start. Warning: Some of the instructor’s jokes were misogynistic which I did not appreciate.
