“I placed my order on March 1 and today (July 26th) I called to check on the status of my order. They explained that it takes 6-8 weeks for the product to get processed, which is fine as it states that on the website. That means at the latest my order would have been processed on April 26th. Customer service could then not explain as to why I didn't receive any products over the next 13 weeks. That is three months that went by without receiving my product. I then asked if I would be receiving the order in the next month and they could not verify if the order would arrive or not. I then proceeded to cancel the order. The quality of the magazine may be great but I could not receive the product to ever find out. It should not take this long to process an order.”
