“Several weeks ago I ordered and received wooden dowels. Unfortunately they arrived damaged and the review I wrote reflected my dissatisfaction. Within a week of my review, and completely unsolicited, Woodpeckers reached out and offered to rectify the situation. They didn't have the exact same item so they sent me the next size longer (more product). The replacements arrived within a week, and undamaged. “I needed these dowels to prop up my pho Orchid Arrangement. Next time I'll get them a little bit bigger. But I bought extra long ones so I could cut them to the size I needed. Great prices and fast shipping!”

“The dowels are very nicely made and the only unfortunate thing is that I hadn't a clue what size they were. My main interest was to have them be over 40 inches neglecting to realize they were so thin., I'm sure I'll be contacting you to get the proper side.”
