“The glass came scratched, took a long time for processing, and was contaminated. When addressing it with the company they blamed me. Stating that I probably ordered the wrong glass and probably didn't need tempered. As my wood stove is vented and specs clearly stated tempered.. I would not recommend ordering from this company.”

Tim, I'm not trying to make you more upset....but Tempered glass does not belong in a wood stove it must be Ceramic glass. Tempered glass is the wrong product for a stove. You are misinformed. On our site (and several others) there is plenty of information about what glass should be used and where...In big red type it says "*** TEMPERED GLASS SHOULD NEVER -EVER BE USED IN AN AIR TIGHT WOOD STOVE! *** right where you enter the sizes to place the order. Not sure how it could be any clearer than that. MIke
