“I lit the oven and forgot to lower the legs by the time I realised it was to late so had to wait until the fire was out and the oven cooled down. The leg is metal with a plastic insert and plastic foot to keep oven steady but 1 was so close that it melted, the other 3 were OK. I got in touch with customer services and explained what had happened and I wanted a replacement I wasn't sure whether they came as a single or a set of 4 but I needed it or them to put things right and expected to pay for them as it was my fault not there's. We'll they said that they would send 1 out as soon as the parts arrived as they were out of stock at the minute, any way the next thing it arrived as promised and there was no charge, what more can I say they kept there promise and didn't charge me anything well done Woody Ovens I am very great full thank you again.”
