Great little oven turning out amazing pizzas, it is multi fuled I chose to use Kiln dried hardwood oak kindling and love the experiance. but the fuel is a personal choice, as with everything there is a learnig curve with pizza makeing, some useful tips on thier website, regarding the oven and fuels.
Customer service second to none they actually care about the consumer and thier oven and any issues you may have. They are nice polite curtious and helopful and from my experiance go that extra mile, never have i been so pleased with a proiduct and customer support”
