“Well made oven and simple setup. Takes a little time to get up to speed with fueling and keeping temperature up, but once dialed-in it makes some lovely pizza in a minute!”

“We've been making pizza at home for years using a conventinal fan oven and it's been very succesful but not perfect..it's all about the temperaure! After looking around online we opted for the Woody. Ordering was easy and delivery very prompt. The oven assembly was straight forward. We got the oven with the gas burner as an option which I attached in the first instance to run the oven up to temperaure to season the stone, however our main reason for getting the Woody was to cook with wood. First time use some good quality kiln dried logs were aquired and chopped down to an appropriate size. The process of lighting was easy and the oven hit 400 degrees quickly. The pizzas we cooked were fantastic as good as anything we've ever tasted. Launching the pizza from the peel will take some practice!! After we'd finished and as the oven temperature started to fade we chucked in a tray of chicked thighs with various herbs and flavourings..these also were delicious. We are extremely happy with our purchase and look forward to cooking loads more with our Woody. Great product.”

“Delighted with the oven - cooked 10 pizzas on it's inaugural trial on Easter Saturday following seasoning the day before. It was a bit of a baptism of fire as everyone in the family wanted different toppings, so we had to get a production line going. UNANIMOUS PRAISE for the smoky flavour and crispy bottoms and everyone enjoyed getting involved in making their own version and learning from those who went before.”
