“This was my second / third order of sourdough, unfortunately it arrived four days after dispatch (ordered Thursday arrived Monday via DPD) in a none usable state. I contacted customer services who dispatched a replacement order without any problems. The new dough arrived within 24hrs still semi frozen. The dough was good quality and made fantastic pizzas.”
