“Second time using, first time, fine.
This time, consistency thinner but didnt think anything of it. Left it on for 1 minute and started getting a burning feeling. immediately started to remove it. I have chemical burns and am in agony.
I did a patch test and had no reaction. I am so upset and really confused. Currently waiting for medical help as I cant pee due to pain.”

“The first time I used it I was fine, hair came away easily, it did smell like any other hair removal cream, but my partner was not OK and had chemical burns to his junk. We both put it on for the minimum amount of time. The second time I used it I received burns and the pain was intense.
Were we smooth and hair free? Yes. Was it easy to use? Yes. Did we both sit around with ice packs on our swimsuit areas? Absolutely.”
“I didn’t like this product, my tube came half full, it smells of egg and didn’t remove my hair. Customer service is awful, they won’t refund me after responding twice with a snotty email stating I was wrong and have been so rude. They are now ignoring my emails!

“The first time I tried this, I followed the instructions and it was NOT long enough, almost no hair came away and I was disappointed but today I decided to give it a second chance and wow! I am finally impressed, soooo smooth! I did need to leave it on about 10 minutes before it started to work though. It also very slightly stung when I applied it (but nothing serious and I have extremely sensitive skin so I expected this!) Will definitely use again now I have figured it out!”

I bought a tube during the pandemic as I was desperate. I have used it 4 times now to give it a fair try and review but I have now put it in the bin. I have sensitive skin so did a patch test every time I have used it and always been fine. Each time I have used it I have followed the instructions 110%. Each time it has removed any fine hair I have (which for most women is t much down there!) the more corse pubic hair it hasn’t touched! I then end up in a state of pure burn, it almost feels like chemical burn! I wash well without rubbing to make sure all the product is off but this makes no difference. I then spend several days dreading going for a wee as I know the chemical burn will sting like a bitch over and over again! I also purchased the soothing balm that had nothing soothing about it! In fact I’m certain this made the burn worse!!!
Once again! I beg you! Unless you want a chemically burnt faff for the next few days, which is still patchy / hairy then do not buy this!
