“It’s a lot thinner/runnier than the original brand, I’ve had to use 1/4 on just the front to test it out.
Sadly the hair doesn’t remove easily with a loofa and I’m having to use my fingers to pull my pubic hair away… a lot of hair is not removing itself despite waiting 6 minutes with an even application.
The smell to me is worse than the original brand. Very unhappy.”
“Used this once before it it didn’t remove any hair even though I left it on for 3 minutes. Thought okay, maybe next time just leave it a little longer, left it on this time for around 4 minutes, all felt fine, once getting out the shower I definitely felt sore down there, upon closer inspection, it had left burn marks (burned some of my skin off) despite me doing a a patch test before initial usage. Dont think I’ll be purchasing this product or using it again :(”
“Bought this as I own an eco razor and cannot cope with using that for the bikini area, thought I’d use it this evening.
Issue 1 - The cream is so runny it doesn’t stay on the applicator !
Issue 2 - The cream still has that overly chemical smell
Issue 3 - Within 30 seconds my skin was itching & burning ?! How can something be safe for the sensitive area if it feels like you are on fire.
I jumped straight in the shower to rinse off as wasn’t about to risk any more pain, even in doing that I’ve not got a very sore itchy delicate area. Not to mention 3/4 tube of cream that I’ve spent money on and cannot use.
I don’t have ‘sensitive’ skin in general so I am truly surprised to have such a reaction, fully expected it not to work but for it to leave me in pain is a definite NO.”
“So I have struggled with my hair removal journey for a while, especially because as a black woman my tiny, curled coarse hairs tend to be considerably more stubborn. My first attempt, I left it on for 3-6 minutes and hopped into the shower where it did virtually nothing. Not willing to be completely heartbroken however, I attempted again with a thicker layer and left it on for 10 minutes before entering the shower. This time it was so effective I audibly gasped, it had worked like nothing else had ever worked before, the hair disappeared and left me smooth and shocked. “Not usually a reviewer but I just had to for this cream. When I moved from the centre of a city to a rural area I left a great waxer who had outlasted all my boyfriends. No one round here did Hollywoods and I went back to the torture of shaving. Then I tried this cream. Well I am impressed. Not at all like the smelly egg stuff I used to paste on my legs and scrape off as a teenager. After a successful patch test and 6 full minutes of hoping: my undercarriage is smooth as silk. The only area with some stray hairs is my mons but that was bushy to begin with and I am sure a second application tomorrow will sort that out no problem! Thanks so much xx”
“I never write reviews but after being won over by all the positive ones, I thought I had better share my story. Don’t do it. I have quite fine hair. I left it on for 6 minutes and the hair was staying firm. I think I left it for around 8 minutes in the end. It did do a good job of removing the fine fuzz between my legs but left most of the ‘thicker’ hair on top. I know it says not to leave on for more than 6 minutes but no where did it say DO NOT REAPPLY. I know, hair removal cream virgin here. Seeing as there was no irritation etc the first time, I thought I would try a bit more on the front where the hair was left. MISTAKE. In less than 30 seconds the burning started so I washed it off straight away to find I now had raw, painful skin that was still covered in long stubble. 12 hours later it’s still unhappy. Only then did I discover all the negative reviews else where online where people have been burnt by this product even with ‘proper’ use. It certainly did not make me ‘smooth as a dolphins nose’.”
“I was very hopeful for this cream because of the great reviews but I was very disappointed:( it removed very little hair and irritated my skin, granted I do have sensitive skin on my groin area so I would maybe try it again and avoid that area. Maybe my pubes are just super strong who knows hahaha. Worth a go I guess but did not work for me.”
